LINGAM'S ATTA FLOUR 2.5KG
Chapati Cooking Method:
1. Mix one packet of Lingam's Atta Flour with 450ml of hot water and 40g of salt.
2. Stir until even and then take 50g of mixture and flatten it with rolling pin, forming circle about 2mm.
3. Add Atta Flour on it before cook. Heat the frying pant without oil and cook Chapati for 30 second than flip it.
4. Use cloth to press on Chapati then cook for another 30 seconds.
5. Apply ghee on both surface of Chapati and ready to serve.
