Beacolux is contact laxative. When taken orally, it produces normal peristalsis by direct action on the mucosa of the colon, usually resulting in a soft, formed stool. It is indicated for constipation. It is also indicated for bowel evacuation before radiological procedures, endoscopy and surgery.
